Eyes of Texas: Kentucky Travels to College Station
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Kentucky and Texas A&M square off in a massively important series as it pertains to the regular season Southeastern Conference race, beginning Thursday night on national television.
The Wildcats (18-11, 3-6 SEC) end their gauntlet of three straight Top 10 SEC opponents, while the Aggies (17-11, 4-5) are coming off a midweek win over a ranked Texas State club. The Cats were rained out vs. No. 4 Louisville on Tuesday evening.
The starters for Thursday and Friday are still a topic of conversation for the coaching staff, but left-hander Tyler Bosma is expected to take the ball in Saturday’s finale. Game time for Thursday night’s game is 9 p.m. ET on the SEC Network as part of a league doubleheader. Saturday’s game also will be on the SEC Network, while Friday is on the SECN+.
