Kentucky Announced as Fifth Seed for SEC Championships

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky Gymnastics will compete at the SEC Championships in Birmingham, Ala. on Saturday. The SEC announced on Monday that the Wildcats will compete in the first session as an overall fifth seed.
 
UK will compete against Georgia, Arkansas and Missouri during Session I with Florida, LSU, Auburn, and Alabama competing in the evening for Session II.

Seeding for the SEC Gymnastics Championships is based on final regular-season National Qualifying Scores (NQS). 
 
The 2022 SEC Gymnastics Championship will take place on Saturday, March 19 at Legacy Arena in Birmingham. Session I will feature seeds 5-8 at 2:30 p.m. CT, and Session II will feature seeds 1-4 at 7 p.m. CT. Both sessions of the championships will air live on SEC Network.
