Ticket Purchase & Resale

UK Athletics urges fans to use caution against counterfeit tickets and unauthorized sellers. There are only six ticket outlets authorized to sell tickets to UK Athletics events:

• UK Ticket Office
• Ticketmaster or TicketExchange
• Rupp Arena Box Office
• ReplyBuy
• FEVO
• Visiting Team Ticket Office

Only tickets purchased directly from these six sources are guaranteed to be valid. When purchasing or acquiring tickets through any other source the buyer is at risk of receiving fraudulent or invalid tickets. The UK Ticket Office is unable to provide support for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the University of Kentucky. Transfer of Tickets

The purchase of season tickets is not a property right, but rather a privilege that is assigned annually to you by UK Athletics. Season ticket holder privileges may only be transferred one time a spouse or child. K Fund priority points and rankings are non-transferable. Please contact the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 for information on how to transfer your season tickets.

Infant & Youth Tickets

Most UK Athletics events offer free admission in general admission seating areas to those ages 5 and under. Due to the unique nature of football, men’s basketball and postseason events, everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Fans wishing to bring infants (12 months and under) to a Kentucky football game at Kroger Field may purchase a lap ticket at a discounted rate of $10. This ticket will allow the infant to enter the venue, but that infant must sit on their parent/guardian’s lap. If a seat must be occupied by the infant and/or carrier, a regular ticket must be purchased. Lap tickets are only available on game day and may be purchased at the Kroger Field ticket office (between Gates 9 & 10) for $10, when accompanied by an adult with a ticket. This lap ticket policy only applies to regular-season home football contests.

Refunds

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased from the UK Ticket Office or any of its partners (Ticketmaster, TicketExchange, FEVO or ReplyBuy). All sales are final.

Address Changes

Address changes may be made by clicking the “edit my profile” link within My UK Account or My UK Student Account. For security purposes, address changes may not be made by phone.

Game Dates & Times

Game times for many events are determined by television coverage and may not be decided until 7-10 days prior to the event. UK Athletics reserves the right to change game dates, times and the venue without prior notice. Fans should refer to the schedule posted on UKathletics.com for the most up-to-date game information.

Venue & Entry Policies

• Ticket holders and their belongings may be searched upon entry into any UK Athletics venue, and prohibited items may be confiscated. A clear bag policy is in effect at select venues. To learn more about the SEC and Kentucky’s clear bag policy, visit UKathletics.com/ClearBag.
• Ticket holders expressly grant the University and its licensees the right to use the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event, for any purposes, including promotional purposes, without further authorization or consideration.
• The use of all tobacco products inside and outside on University of Kentucky’s campus, including the football stadium and surrounding parking lots, is strictly prohibited. Rupp Arena is also a non-smoking facility.
• Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages (unless in select premium spaces) within UK Athletics venues is strictly prohibited.
• Open umbrellas as not permitted in seating areas.
• Any unauthorized person entering the competition area is subject to arrest and prosecution for trespass. There are no pass outs for re-entry.
• Artificial noisemakers are not permitted by SEC regulations.

This ticket is a revocable license. Management may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity or misconduct. UK Athletics reserves the right to change game dates, times and the venue without prior notice. Tickets shall not be sold in the immediate vicinity of the ticket office. Selling or offering to sell tickets to this event for a price greater than the price charged by the Athletic Department or its designees is illegal in Kentucky, unless such sale is authorized by the University. Tickets not purchased directly from the UK Ticket Office, Ticketmaster, TicketExchange, ReplyBuy or the Rupp Arena Box Office cannot be guaranteed to be valid, and admission to the event could be denied.
