LEXINGTON, Ky. – Funeral arrangements for Cawood Ledford, the “Voice of the Wildcats” who died on Wednesday, have been finalized. Visitation is scheduled on Sunday, Sept. 9 at Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home in Harlan from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. followed by a 2 p.m. service. Mr. Ledford will be buried in a private ceremony.

A memorial service has been scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 13, at 5 p.m. ET at Rupp Arena in Lexington. The ceremony is open to the public and the Ledford family encourages those who would like to pay condolences to Mr. Ledford to attend the service at Rupp Arena.
