Fan Information for Kentucky Proud Park

Parking and Tailgating

Parking in all areas surrounding Kentucky Proud Park is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so fans are encouraged to arrive as early as possible. The following areas will be open for parking:

  • College Way lots immediately adjacent to Kentucky Proud Park
  • Purple Lots by The Bell Complex/John Cropp Stadium
  • Kroger Field Blue Lot
  • Kroger Field Green Lot
  • The Greg Page- Blue overflow lot

Shuttles – Will be available on an as need basis.

Parking lots will open four hours prior to first pitch and all tailgates must be in the back of vehicles.

Disability Services

A limited amount of disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the main lot behind home plate. Vehicles must show a valid state issued hangtag.

Disabled seating is available on a reserved basis by visiting the Kentucky Proud Park Ticket Office.

Entry

Gates will open one (1) hour before first pitch. There will be an entry gate in left-field that will be open prior to gates for those that wish to view batting practice. Guests will be asked to leave Kentucky Proud Park and re-enter with their game ticket one hour prior to first pitch.

Concessions

Concessions will be available on the concourse behind home plate on both the first- and third-base side. Nathan’s Taqueria will operate out of the concessions locations, offering both traditional favorites and their signature items.

Alcohol will be sold in Kentucky Proud Park. Beverages will include beer and seltzer products. Sales will have a limit of two (2) per transaction. Identification checks will take place at each transaction. For baseball, alcohol sales will conclude after the top of the 7th Inning, when the third out is recorded.

Student Information

In Kentucky Proud Park, all student seating and game viewing areas will be located inside the stadium. This decision was made in order to bring the students closer to the action – where they have maximum impact on the game – and for the safety and security of all attendees.

Entry will be free for students who display a valid student ID. Students will be able to sit and/or stand in all general admission areas.

Reserved Chair-Back Seating

Reserved chair-back seating in sections 101-111 is sold on single-game basis, based on availability. These seats are reserved until after the third inning, at which point they will be released and available for general seating. Season ticket holders who arrive after the end of the third inning can request assistance in being seated from a nearby usher.

Programs and Scorecards

Kentucky Baseball Roster/Scorecard flip cards are available on the main concourse near section 105 at the Promo Zone.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited inside Kentucky Proud Park:

  • Weapons
  • Outside food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages
  • Portable heaters & combustibles
  • Glass, aluminum containers and ice chests
  • Artificial noisemakers, irritants and laser pointers
  • All illegal substances, tobacco products and electronic cigarettes
  • Large bags
  • Pets & all animals with the exception of service animals
  • Portable heaters
  • Unmanned aircrafts
  • Inflatables
  • Poles, extensions or selfie sticks
  • Backpacks
  • All weapons, including firearms, carried either concealed or openly are prohibited items at UK’s athletic facilities per KRS 237.115. Anyone in violation of this will not be granted entrance into UK athletics facilities

From Bluegrass Parkway
When the Parkway ends you exit right onto route 60 (Versailles Road), go approximately 10 miles and turn right on Mason Headley Road beside Cardinal Hill Hospital. Continue straight through the lights, you will pass a golf course and the Campbell House Inn. At the light continue straight through the intersection onto Waller Ave. alongside St. Joseph’s Hospital. Pass over the railroad tracks and continue straight through the light to the intersection of Nicholasville Rd. and Cooper Drive. Proceed on Cooper Drive onto campus and turn right onto Sports Center Drive. Take Sports Center to the next stop sign (three-way stop) and turn left onto College Way. Kentucky Proud Park will be 1/4 of a mile on the left.

From S I-75/I-64E or W towards Lexington
Take exit 113 (marked Paris/Lexington), turn right off the exit ramp onto N. Broadway (U.S. 68), and continue through downtown for approximately 6 miles. After Logan’s Steakhouse take a left at the intersection onto Waller Ave. alongside St. Joseph Hospital. Pass over the railroad tracks and continue straight through the light at the intersection of Nicholasville Rd. to Cooper Drive. Proceed on Cooper Drive onto campus and turn right onto Sports Center Drive. Take Sports Center to the next stop sign (three-way stop) and turn left onto College Way. Kentucky Proud Park will be a quarter of a mile on the left.

From N1-75 from Knoxville
Take exit 104 (marked Athens/ Lexington), turn left off of the ramp onto Athens Boonesboro Road. Take a left at the intersection of Richmond Rd. & Man O’ War. Follow Man O’ War to the intersection at Alumni Dr. and take a right. Follow Alumni Drive through the Tates Creek intersection. Proceed into the first roundabout on Alumni and exit right onto College Way. Kentucky Proud Park will be on your right.
