Cats to Celebrate Seniors for Final Friday Night Heights

LEXINGTON, Ky. – No. 9-ranked Kentucky Gymnastics will host No.12 Michigan State at Memorial Coliseum at 7 p.m. for the final Friday Night Heights of the regular season.

The Wildcats will honor its four seniors, Anna Haigis, Arianna Patterson, Cally Nixon, and Josie Angeny, for Senior Night at the conclusion of the meet. 

UK is 7-3 in the 2022 season, hoping to be 8-3 heading into postseason competition. Following its most recent defeat of LSU in Baton Rouge last week, the Cats are 4-3 in the SEC.
 
The Spartans are 13-3 on the season and 6-3 in the Big 10. Michigan State is coming to Lexington after its most recent win against Western Michigan at home in East Lansing, Mich.
 
The meet will be broadcasted on the SEC Network+ with former Kentucky Gymnastics Head Coach Leah Little on the call.

Fans are reminded that the UK Athletics Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for this game. Also, as of March 9, masks will be optional during voluntary events, such as UK Athletics competitions. While masks may be optional, people may continue to want this added layer of protection. That choice should be respected as should the choice to not wear a mask in a space where it is optional.
