Wildcats Begin Three-Match Road Trip Against No. 2 Indiana

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky Wildcats (1-5-3, 1-1-1 SBC) are set for the start of a three-match road trip, starting with a meeting against the No. 2 Indiana Hoosiers (9-0-2, 4-0-1 Big Ten) on Tuesday night at Bill Armstrong Stadium in Bloomington, Ind.

The Wildcats are coming off their first win of the 2026 season last week in a 4-2 victory at home over the No. 23 Old Dominion Monarchs. With the win Kentucky moved into seventh place on four points in the Sun Belt Conference standings. Four goals is the highest tally the Wildcats have scored so far this season, and all four goal scorers on Friday night each scored for the first time this season.

Kentucky will look to pull off the upset on Tuesday against Indiana, featuring the 31st meeting between the two programs. Last season, the Hoosiers defeated the Wildcats 2-1 in Lexington, improving their all-time series record to 22-3-5.

Indiana has enjoyed a strong start to the season, entering match day 12 of the season coming off a 3-1 win over the No. 4 Maryland Terrapins last week, moving their overall record to 9-0-2 on the year.

The Hoosiers are currently unbeaten on their home field this season, boasting an 8-0-0 record, and are outscoring opponents 18-4. Forward Oliver Moller-Jensen leads the team on the offensive end with seven goals to his credit, ranking second in the Big Ten. The Hoosiers also feature a stout defense, allowing just six goals on the season and goalkeeper Michael Mroz leading the Big Ten in every major goalkeeper stat category.

Kickoff for Kentucky vs. Indiana is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET, streaming on Big Ten Network.
