NCAA Gymnastics Meet Day Information
MEET DAY INFORMATION
Doors to Historic Memorial Coliseum will open one (1) hour prior to the meet.
We encourage Gymnastics fans to arrive early to ease traffic and parking congestion around the Coliseum.
PARKING INFO
All E-lots surrounding Historic Memorial Coliseum including the Joe Craft Center lot, Linden Walk Lot, Alumni Career Center Lot, Career Center Lot, and High Street Lot employee lots are available for event parking beginning 3 hours prior to the meet.
Accessible parking is available in the Joe Craft Center lot. Spaces are limited and provided on a first come, first served basis with a valid, state-issued disabled parking hangtag.
Please note: Parking is prohibited in any R-lot. Vehicle’s parking in R-lots without a proper permit, along yellow curbs, grass spaces or other non-specified and unapproved areas may be subject to ticket and/or tow.
SHUTTLE INFO
The Cornerstone Garage (PS #5) will open for event parking two hours prior to the meet. Patrons may need to press for a ticket upon entry; however, no payment will be required upon exit, as the access arms will be raised. Patron’s parking in the Cornerstone garage may access the shuttle via the skybridge located on the third level of the garage. After crossing the skybridge, the shuttle pick-up/drop-off area is located to the left at the crosswalk.
Shuttle service will begin 90 minutes prior to the meet and operate through the end of the first rotation. Service will resume at the start of the fourth rotation and continue until one hour after the meet concludes. Shuttle pick-up locations include the Cornerstone Garage (Parking Structure #5) and the High Street Lot.
All shuttles will drop off at the Lexington Avenue entrance of the Historic Memorial Coliseum.
HISTORIC MEMORIAL COLISEUM A-Z
- ACCESSIBLE GUEST SERVICES
- Accessible seating is available throughout Historic Memorial Coliseum on concourse level in accessible seating boxes.

- All accessible seating is reserved. Those fans needing a wheelchair space or accessible seating should visit or call the UK Ticket Office at (859) 257-1818 prior to the meet.
- Accessible parking is available in the parking lot located north of the Joe Craft Center. A member of our Event Staff along with posted signage and reserved parking stalls will assist you in finding this area.
- ALCOHOL
- Alcohol will be served at the concession stands.
- Patrons are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the building with alcohol purchased inside Historic Memorial Coliseum.
- All Alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state driver’s license or ID, passport or Military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any alcohol
- Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two (2) drinks per person, per purchase.
- Alcohol sales will end following the third rotation.
- Alcoholic beverages include beer & seltzers.
- ANIMALS
- Only service animals are permitted.
- ATM
- The nearest ATM is located in the Bill Gatton Student Center, located on Avenue of Champions. The student center is walking distance from Historic Memorial Coliseum.
- BAG POLICY
- The Southeastern Conference’s clear bag policy remains in place at Historic Memorial Coliseum as an additional safety measure and to facilitate entry. Each fan will be permitted to carry one large clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc-style bag or a 12″ x 6″ x 12″ clear bag – plus a small clutch that does not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″. The small clutch allows privacy for small personal items and is also easily searched. The clear bag policy improves public safety by making bags easily searched and significantly reducing faulty bag searches. Fans are encouraged not to bring bags to reduce touch points.
- CODE OF CONDUCT
- In order to keep Gymnastics meets as enjoyable as possible for all, the University of Kentucky asks that all patrons respect those around them. The University of Kentucky reserves the right to remove any individual from Historic Memorial Coliseum who displays conduct that may endanger or disrupt players, coaches, officials, or other patrons. No refunds are given in such cases.
- CONCESSIONS
- Aramark is the concessions and hospitality provider of UK Athletics.
- Concessions are available throughout the concourse level on both Lexington Avenue and Rose Street sides. Grab n Go options are also available.
- CREDIT CARDS
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted at all merchandise and concession stands, as well as the ticket office windows.
- Historic Memorial Coliseum is not a cashless venue.
- ENTRY
- Gymnastics fans may enter Historic Memorial Coliseum from three different locations:
- Lexington Avenue Entrance: Located on the west side of Historic Memorial Coliseum, directly off Lexington Avenue. This entrance is recommended for fans that sit in sections 2-9, 101-109 or that park in the Joe Craft Center Lot or the High Street Lot.
- Those that are picking up their tickets at Will Call or those that wish to purchase tickets, please enter Historic Memorial Coliseum via the Lexington Avenue Entrance and follow directional signage to find the correct location to pick up or purchase your tickets.
- Rose Street Entrance: Located on the east side of Historic Memorial Coliseum, closest to Rose Street. This entrance is recommended for fans that sit in sections 12-19, 112-120 or that park in the Joe Craft Center Lot.
- For fans that receive tickets through a Player Pass List, please enter Historic Memorial Coliseum via the Rose Street Entrance and follow directional signage to find the correct location to pick up your tickets.
- Avenue of Champions/Euclid Entrance: Located on the South Side of Historic Memorial Coliseum, directly off Avenue of Champions/Euclid Avenue. This entrance is recommended for fans who have floor seats, or club access
- Elevators, family restrooms, and nursing mother’s suite are at the Avenue of Champions/Euclid Entrance.
- Lexington Avenue Entrance: Located on the west side of Historic Memorial Coliseum, directly off Lexington Avenue. This entrance is recommended for fans that sit in sections 2-9, 101-109 or that park in the Joe Craft Center Lot or the High Street Lot.
- Gymnastics fans may enter Historic Memorial Coliseum from three different locations:
- FIRST AID
- The First Aid room is located on concourse level behind Section 2/3 in the southwest corner of Memorial Coliseum, on the Lexington Avenue side.
- FAMILY RESTROOMS
- Family restrooms are located by the Avenue of Champions/Euclid entrance.
- If you need a family restroom during your visit to Historic Memorial Coliseum, please locate one of the members of our Event Staff team for assistance.
- INCLEMENT WEATHER
- In cases of severe weather, your safety is our utmost importance. Announcements will be made to all spectators regarding any evacuation procedures.
- LOST AND FOUND
- We ask all patrons to turn in any found items to a member of the UK Athletics Event Staff.
- Following the game, please contact the University of Kentucky Police Department (859)257-UKPD(8573) to inquire about the possible recovery of any lost items.
- MERCHANDISE
- Apparel vending is available on the west concourse behind Section 8/9.
- NOISE LEVEL
- All noise levels at Historic Memorial Coliseum meet the acceptable decibel level. If this level exceeds your comfort level, please go to the EMS room located behind section 2/3 for complimentary ear plugs.
- PARKING
- All E-lots surrounding Historic Memorial Coliseum including the Joe Craft Center lot, Linden Walk Lot, Alumni Career Center Lot, Career Center Lot, and High Street Lot are available for event parking beginning 3 hours prior to the meet.

- Programs are available digitally, via QR codes near the entrances
- PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Alcohol
- All illegal substances, tobacco products, and electronic cigarettes
- All weapons, including firearms, carried either concealed or openly are prohibited items at UK’s Historic Memorial Coliseum per KRS 237.115. Anyone in violation of this will not be granted entrance into Historic Memorial Coliseum.

- Backpacks, even those that are clear

- Drawstring & Large Bags, even those that are clear

- Unattended bags left at the gates or outside of the stadium will be disposed of
- SEATING

- SECURITY CHECKS
- For security reasons, all people and bags entering Historic Memorial Coliseum are subject to search.
- All bags must adhere to the UK Athletics Clear Bag policy. All bags and items will be searched. To avoid additional touch points, fans are strongly encouraged to not bring unnecessary bags to Historic Memorial Coliseum.
- SHUTTLES
- Shuttles are available free of charge from the South Limestone Garage and High Street.

- SMOKING
- In accordance with the University of Kentucky’s Smoke-Free Campus Initiative, Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes are prohibited inside as well as outside of Historic Memorial Coliseum and all University grounds
- TEAM & GUEST PASS LIST
- To gain entry via team pass list, please enter through the Rose Street Entrance. Each guest MUST show a photo ID at the pass list table.
- UK Athletics encourages all teams to utilize Mobile Tickets, which will scan and permit at all three entrances
- TICKETS
- Doors to Memorial Coliseum will open one (1) hour prior to the meet.
- All people must have a ticket or credential to enter the Coliseum.
- Children 2 and under are free in general admission areas, based upon availability, and do not need a ticket.
- Faculty and staff IDs, K Fund Sports Passes, UK Athletics Sports Passes, Wildcat Sports Passes and Junior Wildcat Club memberships are NOT valid for free entry.
- No re-entry is permitted.
- The ticket office closes after the second rotation of each meet.
- All tickets will be mobile tickets. Ticket holders will access their tickets through their UK Athletics Account. The option to transfer tickets to friends/family will be available
- Fans are strongly encouraged to save their mobile tickets in their smart phone’s digital wallet prior to arriving at Historic Memorial Coliseum. To learn more about mobile tickets, visit UKAthletics.com/MobileTickets.
- Fans receiving their tickets from a player or coach/team staff member must enter through the Rose Street Entrance of Historic Memorial Coliseum. A photo ID will be required to receive the ticket.
