2008-09: Suffered an injury mid-way through the season … Best finish came in a third-place tap against SEC-foe Tennessee in the 500-freestyle … Took sixth in the event in meets against Virginia and Louisville.

2007-08: Competed in three events at the SEC Championships … Tapped in 21st in the 1650-free, 24th in the 500-free and 28th in the 200-freestyle … Set career best clips in the 1650- and 200-free … Had five top-four finishes in dual meets.

2006-07: In his first career SEC Championships he earned impact points for the Blue and White when he scored 15th in the grueling 1650-freestyle, where he also notched a career-best time … Additionally, he placed 29th in the 200-free and 32nd in the 500-free at SECs … Registered his first career dual meet win when he touched ahead of the pack in the 500-free in a meet against Louisville, and placed second in the 1000-free in the same meet … At the Nike Cup in November, he placed 15th in the 1650-free, 18th in the 500-free and 35th in the 200-free.

Pre-College: Named to first team All-Region and second team All-State … A top eight sectional qualifier … A Junior National Qualifier … A member of the Covington Catholic High School squad who won the Regional Championship … Became a Wildcat because the UK swim team is fast and is serious about winning.
