Dana Dahm Named to SEC Community Service Team

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Graduate Student defender Dana Dahm was named as Kentucky’s representative on the 2025 Southeastern Conference Women’s Soccer Community Service Team, the league announced Thursday morning.

Dana Dahm has amassed nearly 100 hours of community service in her time at Kentucky. Dahm has primarily worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters, mentoring her little sister over the past two years. Dahm has also volunteered her time at God’s Pantry Food Kitchen, various local community events, and local hospitals.

Dahm is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio in her fourth season at Kentucky after transferring in from Xavier. Dahm graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing in May 2025. After starting the first 11 matches of her Kentucky career—adding a goal and an assist in that time—Dahm sustained a season-ending injury in 2022 and had to miss the 2023 and 2024 seasons due to injury. She made her triumphant return to the pitch in Kentucky’s 4-0 season-opening victory over Jackson State and has appeared in five matches this season.

The SEC sponsors Community Service Teams for all 23 league-sponsored sports. The Community Service Team looks to highlight an athlete from each school who gives back to their community in superior service efforts. The 21st annual women’s soccer Community Service Team follows:

Isabel Smith Alabama
Peyton Whipple Arkansas

The Wildcats will close the regular season on the road next Sunday, traveling to the Lone Star State to face Texas A&M on Sunday, October 26. The decision day clash from Ellis Field in College Station will kick off at 5 p.m. ET and will be televised nationally on the SEC Network.
