No, all Blue & White Memories sales are final. In line with UK Athletics policies, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the UK Athletics Marketing staff will reach out directly to purchasers with their options. If you have questions, you may contact WeAreUK@uky.edu.

If you purchased a gameday experience that may require assistance from us during the event, please refer to your emails from WeAreUK@uky.edu as well as this FAQ page. If you review your resources and don’t see what you need, please find the nearest UK Athletics full time staff member working at your event and ask them to contact the UK Athletics Marketing Department at WeAreUK@uky.edu or 859-218-6226 about your Blue & White Memories experience.

Appropriate Behavior Required: Attendance while heavily intoxicated or behavior management deems inappropriate will result in immediate removal from the experience. High heels are not allowed on the field/court. Fans who are late to an experience may not be permitted to participate without refund.

Recruiting: Due to NCAA rules, certain experiences are not available to fans who have started classes in grades 9-12 – these include the Behind the Scenes-Gameday Production, Catwalk, Game Ball Delivery, Starting Lineup/Postgame High Fives, and Postgame Free Throws. Teams and groups of prospective student athletes are not permitted on the field/court for pre/post-game photos. Messages on the videoboard cannot include wording related to the recruitment of prospective student-athletes.

Team Spirit: Wearing opposing team gear or displaying support for rival teams is strictly prohibited. Fans are not permitted to display signs/banners/flags/gear (including but not limited to opposing team, advertising, political, etc.) during experiences or use videoboard messages to promote opposing team, any team that is not UK, for advertising, political purposes, etc. All videoboard messages will be reviewed and must be approved by UK Athletics.

Ticket: You must have a ticket for the event – experiences do not include entry to the game.

Respect for Staff: All guests must treat UK staff with respect. Harassment, unsafe behavior, or interference with staff, mascots, or team personnel is not allowed.

Safety First: Follow all instructions from UK staff and event personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Due to the health & safety of our staff, coaches, and student-athletes, human and/or animal remains are not permitted to be dispersed on the field or in any walkway, pathway, or building in or around any UK Athletics facilities.

Right of Refusal: UK Athletics reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these rules without a refund.
