UKTF Earns 15 USTFCCCA All-America Honors
LEXINGTON, Ky. — Thirteen student-athletes of the Kentucky track & field program have earned All-America honors for their performances at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, announced by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
The women’s team led the way with eight total honors including two first-team and six second-team honors. Senior Charity Hufnagel earned first-team honors in the heptathlon and second-team honors in the high jump.
The men collected seven total honors with graduate student Kennedy Lightner securing second-team honors in the 4×100 meter relay and the 200 meters.
