ADMISSIONS & ENTRY

• Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the first match each day of the Bluegrass Battle Tournament
• Concession stands and restrooms are located on both the Lexington Avenue and Rose Street concourses. Refer to HMC Concourse Concessions map here
• Lost & Found items will be turned into UK Event Staff team members. Following the match, all items will be turned over to the UK Police Department, 859.257.1616
• Programs are available digitally, via QR codes near the entrances

ALCOHOL

• Alcohol will be served at select concession stands
• Patrons are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the building with alcohol purchased inside Historic Memorial Coliseum.
• All alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state issued driver’s license or ID, Passport or Military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any alcohol.
• Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two (2) drinks per person, per purchase.

• Alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of the second set
• Alcoholic beverages include beer and seltzers

CLEAR BAG POLICY

• All bags must adhere to the UK Athletics Clear Bag policy. All bags and items will be searched. To avoid additional touch points, fans are strongly encouraged to not bring unnecessary bags to Historic Memorial Coliseum. Backpacks, even those that are clear, are prohibited.

CODE OF CONDUCT

In order to keep Kentucky Volleyball matches as enjoyable as possible for all, the University of Kentucky asks that all patrons respect those around them. The University of Kentucky reserves the right to remove any individual from Historic Memorial Coliseum who displays conduct that may endanger or disrupt players, coaches, officials or other patrons. No refunds are given in such cases.

ELEVATORS

Elevators are located on the southeast and southwest sides of the coliseum and are accessible from the concourse or through the Avenue of Champions/Euclid fan entrance. The elevators provide access to the Concourse, Club, and Court levels. Guests who need additional assistance are encouraged to speak with any event staff member.

PARKING & TRAFFIC

All E-Lots surrounding Historic Memorial Coliseum—including the Joe Craft Center Lot, Rose Street Lot, and High Street Lot—will be available for event parking beginning three hours prior to the start of each match.

The Cornerstone Garage (PS #5) will also be available for event parking. Patrons may need to pull a ticket upon entry; however, no payment will be required upon exit. The access arms will be raised one hour after the Kentucky match begins.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Complimentary shuttle service will be available for all Kentucky matches, with pickup locations at:

• Cornerstone Garage (PS #5)
• High Street Lot

Bluegrass Battle: Shuttle service will operate at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday only.

Kentucky Matches: Shuttle service will begin 90 minutes before first serve and continue through the end of the first set. Service will resume at the start of the third set and operate for 60 minutes following the conclusion of the match.

All shuttles will drop off at the Lexington Avenue entrance of Historic Memorial Coliseum.

Patrons parking in the Cornerstone Garage can access the shuttle via the skybridge from PS #5. The skybridge is accessible from the third level of the parking structure. After crossing the skybridge, the shuttle pickup and drop-off location is to the left, near the crosswalk.

PERMITTED ITEMS

The following items are welcome inside:

• BOTTLE OF WATER Unopened, smaller than one liter
• PERSONAL CHAIR BACKS Maximum width 18 inches
• STROLLERS Small collapsible style that fits under a stadium seat; strollers are subject to search
• CAMERA LENSES Maximum length 6 inches; no detachable lenses
• SERVICE ANIMALS Accompanied by guests with disabilities or a trainer

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Outside Alcohol, Food or drink
• Animals (with the exception of service dogs)
• Noisemakers
• Backpacks, even those that are clear
• Chairs/Stools
• Combustible heaters
• Firearms
• Ice/Ice Chests
• Large Bags – nothing larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
• Smoking/Vaping

All weapons, including firearms, carried either concealed or openly are prohibited items at UK’s Historic Memorial Coliseum per KRS 237.115. Anyone in violation of this will not be granted entrance into Historic Memorial Coliseum.

RE-ENTRY POLICY

As per SEC policy, guests are not permitted to exit and re-enter Historic Memorial Coliseum on the same ticket.

RESALE & AUTHORIZED PURCHASE

UK Athletics cautions against purchasing tickets through unauthorized sellers. Only tickets purchased directly through the following outlets are guaranteed to be valid:

All UK Athletics tickets are barcoded and will be scanned for validity at the venue’s entrance. Admission will be denied for invalid and/or counterfeit tickets. TICKETS & SEATING

• The ticket office is located on the Lexington Avenue side of Historic Memorial Coliseum; it opens 75minutes prior to first serve and closes after the second set of the match.
• The player guest entrance is on the Rose Street side of Historic Memorial Coliseum.
• Tickets will be issued via mobile delivery. Ticket holders will access their tickets on their phones and can transfer them electronically to other members in their party when necessary.
• Spectators will be strongly encouraged to save their mobile tickets in their smart phone’s digital wallet prior to arriving at Historic Memorial Coliseum.

• Children under the age 2 do not require a ticket as long as they are occupying the lap of a ticketed adult.

WATER

Guests are permitted to enter with one (1) unopened bottle of water smaller than a liter through the entry gates at Historic Memorial Coliseum. In addition to water fountains located in the coliseum, complimentary water is available on the Rose Street and Lex Ave concourses.

Empty Plastic water bottles (i.e. Dasani, Smart Water, Aquafina), smaller than a liter are permitted, and can be refilled inside. Empty containers made of glass, aluminum, or hard shell are not permitted.
