ADMISSIONS & ENTRY
- Doors will open 1 hour prior to tip off
- Concession stands and restrooms are located on both the Lexington Avenue and Rose Street concourses.
- Lost & Found items will be turned into UK Event Staff team members in match. Following the match, all items will be turned over to the UK Police Department, 859.257.1616
- Programs are available digitally, via QR codes near the entrances.
ALCOHOL
- Alcohol will be served at select concession stands.
- Patrons are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the building with alcohol purchased inside Memorial Coliseum.
- All alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state issued driver’s license or ID, Passport or Military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any alcohol.
- Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two (2) drinks per person, per purchase.
- Alcohol sales will end at the end of the third quarter.
- Alcoholic beverages include beer and seltzers.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
- All bags must adhere to the UK Athletics Clear Bag policy. All bags and items will be searched. To avoid additional touch points, fans are strongly encouraged to not bring unnecessary bags to Memorial Coliseum.
- Backpacks, even those that are clear, are not permitted inside of Memorial Coliseum.
- Diaper Bags are not permitted inside of Memorial Coliseum.

TICKETS & SEATING
- The ticket office is located on the Lexington Avenue side of Memorial Coliseum, it opens one hour prior to tip-off and closes at halftime.
- The player guest entrance is on the Rose Street side of Memorial Coliseum.
- Tickets will be issued via mobile delivery. Ticket holders will access their tickets on their phones and can transfer them electronically to other members in their party when necessary. More information on mobile tickets can be found at UKathletics.com/MobileTickets.
- Spectators are strongly encouraged to save their mobile tickets to their smart phone’s digital wallet prior to arriving at Memorial Coliseum.
- Fans with general admission tickets can move into unoccupied reserved seats at the conclusion of the first quarter. If the ticket holder with those reserved seats arrives after the first quarter, the fans occupying those seats must relocate to other open seats.

PARKING & TRAFFIC
A shuttle will be available for all games, the shuttle is free for all fans.
The shuttle will run beginning 90 minutes prior to tip off until the end of the first quarter. It will resume at the start of the third quarter until the 1-hour post-game. The shuttle will pick up in 2 locations, Parking Structure #5 and the High Street Lot and will drop off at the Lexington Avenue entrance of Memorial Coliseum. Patrons can access the shuttle after walking across the sky bridge from PS#5. The skybridge is accessible from the third level of the parking structure. The pickup/drop off location is to the left of the skybridge at a crosswalk.
