Carrie Marshall is in her seventh season as a staff support associate for the University of Kentucky women’s basketball program in 2023-24.

Marshall handles a variety of tasks within the program, including assisting with team travel, helping send recruiting mail-outs and fliers, coordinating the women’s basketball Victory Club and other daily women’s basketball operations tasks.

Marshall came to UK after spending nearly two decades at Stites & Harbison PLLC as a legal recruiting manager handling numerous responsibilities, including event planning, recruiting and program management.

Marshall graduated from the University of Kentucky in May 2003 with a bachelor’s of science degree in hospitality management. Carrie is married to Tom Marshall and the couple has two kids, PJ and Holly, who play various sports along with singing in school choir.
