Concessions
The Concessions Stand is located on the main concourse, on the backside of Crop Softball Stadium. Drinks and snacks are also available for purchase from vendors in the stands.

Code of Conduct 
The University of Kentucky asks that all guests respect those around them, ensuring soccer matches are enjoyable for all. If anyone displays conduct that endangers or disrupts players, coaches, officials or other guests, the University of Kentucky reserves the right to remove the individual from the Wendell & Vickie Bell Soccer Complex. No refunds granted in such cases.

Disability Services 
Parking: Disabled parking is available adjacent to the main entrance on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles must show a valid state issued hang-tag.
Seating: Disabled seating is located at the top of Section A. This area can be reached through use of the elevator, found on the left side of the concourse.  

First Aid
Limited first aid supplies are available at the Bell Soccer Complex in the ticket office. For select games, medical personnel will be on site.

Match Surface 
Public access to the playing field is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to arrest and prosecution.

Lost and Found 
Items/reports should be submitted to Event Staff. Following the game, all items will be turned over to the UK Police Department 859.257.1616.

Prohibited Items 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE WELCOME INSIDE:

BOTTLE OF WATER Unopened, smaller than one liter

PERSONAL CHAIR BACKS Maximum width 18 inches

STROLLERS Small collapsible style that fits under a stadium seat; strollers are subject to search

CAMERA LENSES Maximum length 6 inches; no detachable lenses

SERVICE ANIMALS Accompanied by guests with disabilities or a trainer

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE:

Outside food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages

Outside food and drink containers, including hard-shell koozies

All weapons, including firearms, carried either concealed or openly are prohibited items at UK’s Kroger Field per KRS 237.115. Anyone in violation of this will not be granted entrance into Kroger Field.

Portable heaters & combustibles

Glass, aluminum containers and ice chests

Artificial noisemakers, irritants and laser pointers

All illegal substances, tobacco products and electronic cigarettes

Large bags

Pets

Unmanned aircrafts

Inflatables

The use of drones and any other unmanned or remote control aircraft is expressly prohibited both inside and in the vicinity of the Kroger Field complex on game day. Any such use is defined as a Violation of National Defense Airspace by the Federal Aviation Administration and violators may be subject to criminal penalties.

Inclement weather reminder – Fans will be able to bring blankets and coats that will not fit in a compliant bag by tossing them over a shoulder or arm. Umbrellas are also permitted, but may not be opened in the seating area.

Projectiles 
The throwing of any object is strictly prohibited. Guests identified throwing any objects will be ejected from the game and may be prosecuted.

Restrooms 
Restrooms are located on the main concourse, at the Cropp Softball Stadium. 

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on the University of Kentucky campus.

Tickets 
The UK Ticket Office is located in the Joe Craft Center and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Fans may contact the main ticket office in advance of game day by calling (800) 928-2287. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the UK Ticket Office website.
Timeline 
Gates will open one (1) hour prior to kick-off. 

Umbrellas
Umbrellas may be brought into the stadium but may not be opened in the seating areas.

Will Call is located outside the main entrance gate and will be opened one (1) hour prior to kick-off.
