JeffPoole

Jeff Poole is in his fifth season as the equipment coordinator for the Kentucky baseball program. Poole has been a part of UK Athletics and Equipment Operations since 2011 when he joined as a student manager.

During his time at UK, Poole has served as a student manager from 2011-16 and graduate manager from 2016-18, with responsibilities including football and women’s soccer. He recently earned a Master’s degree in Sports Leadership (May 2018) and has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology (2016), both from Kentucky. In 2018, he won the prestigious Bill Keightley Assist Award, named after beloved men’s basketball manager Bill Keightley.

Poole serves as the Nike liason for the baseball program, helps design on-field apparel and manages a staff of student managers.

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Poole and his wife, Kimberly, currently reside in Lexington with their two young children, Cooper and Tatum.
