Blue-White Spring Game Ticket Information Announced

by Guy Ramsey

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Free tickets for Kentucky football’s annual Blue-White Spring Game will be available to season ticket holders this Monday, Feb. 19 and to the general public on February 26. The Wildcats will play this year’s game under the lights in Kroger Field on Friday, April 13 at 6:30 p.m.

2017 season ticket holders and those fans who have already purchased season tickets for the 2018 season will have the first opportunity secure tickets for UK’s spring game by using the promo code emailed to them exclusively online at Ticketmaster.com. The general public will have access to tickets a week later. Seating in the lower level will be reserved, while seating in the upper level will be opened based on demand. Lower-level tickets along the north and south sidelines will be distributed first, followed by end-zone tickets.

Tickets will be available through the following outlets:

  • Online at Ticketmaster.com
  • In person at the Joe Craft Center ticket office from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • By phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000
  • In person on game day at Kroger Field
  • NOTE: Tickets are free but there is a small service charge per ticket for online orders

UK students may obtain free tickets at the Joe Craft Center ticket office, beginning Monday, Feb. 26 at 9 a.m. Students may pick up two tickets per valid UK student ID.

Tickets still available on game day may be picked up free of charge at the stadium ticket office prior to kickoff, based on availability.

This will mark the second straight Blue-White Spring Game to be held on a Friday night. Last year, Blue topped White, 31-14, in front of 37,172 fans.

The Blue-White Spring Game will cap spring practice for the Kentucky Wildcats, who finished 7-6 last season and reached a bowl for the second year in a row. UK will return record-setting running back Benny Snell Jr. from last season’s Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl, as well as 10 of 11 defensive starters. Included among the returners on defense are Josh Allen and Mike Edwards, who elected to bypass the NFL Draft and return for their senior season. UK also put the finishing touches on another highly regarded recruiting class earlier this month.

The 2018 season will kick off on Sept. 1 when the Wildcats host Central Michigan. Football season ticket information can be found online at UKFootballTix.com.
