LEXINGTON, Ky. – The UK Orthopaedics Football State Finals, hosted by the University of Kentucky and the city of Lexington, will be played Dec. 3-4 at Kroger Field.

Class 1A – Pikeville 30, Russellville 27
Class 2A – Beechwood 23, Lexington Christian Academy 21
Class 4A – Boyle County 30, Johnson Central 13
Class 3A – Belfry 33, Paducah Tilghman 28
Class 5A – South Warren 38, Frederick Douglass 26

  • NEW for 2021: All ticketing is digital-only through GoFan, the official ticket system for the KHSAA.
  • Tickets for all games must be purchased in advance of arrival at Kroger Field.
  • There will be NO walk-up ticket sales at Kroger Field, the event is digital only!

Lexington was the original home to the KHSAA state football finals, with games being played at Stoll Field from 1959-1966 and 1968-1972.

Kroger Field, originally opened in 1973 and reopened following a major renovation in 2015. The stadium hosted the KHSAA state football finals for the first and only time in 1976. Kroger Field, with a capacity of 61,000, has a state-of-the-art synthetic surface called UK-Speed Series-S5-M, the same surface used at the 2013 and 2014 Super Bowls.
