• ATM

o The nearest ATM is located in Bowman’s Den directly across from Memorial Coliseum (Avenue of Champions)

• CODE OF CONDUCT

o In order to keep gymnastics meets as enjoyable as possible for all, the University of Kentucky asks that all patrons respect those around them. The University of Kentucky reserves the right to remove any individual from Memorial Coliseum who displays conduct that may endanger or disrupt players, coaches, officials, or other patrons. No refunds are given in such cases

• COMPETITION AREA

o The competition area is restricted to competing athletes, working staff, game officials, and other credentialed personnel. Spectators must refrain from entering the competition area at all times. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in dismissal from the event.

• CONCESSIONS 

o Food vending is available in the concession stands on the east and west concourses of Memorial Coliseum. 

• DISABLED GUEST SERVICES

o ALL Disabled seating is reserved. Please visit the ticket office for purchase or exchange. 
o Wheelchair accessible seating is Located on concourse level in sections H, J, U, and V as well as on the north balcony
o Disabled parking is available in the parking lot located north of the Joe Craft Center. A member of our Event Staff along with posted signage and reserved parking stalls will assist you in finding this area.

• ENTRY

o Gymnastics fans may enter Memorial Coliseum from three different locations:
? The Lexington Avenue Entrance: Located on the west side of Memorial Coliseum, directly off of Lexington Avenue.  For fans that sit in sections A-J, AA-JJ or that park in the Joe Craft Center Lot or the High Street Lot, the Lexington Avenue entrance is the recommended point of entry.
• For fans that are on the UK or Visiting Team pass list, those that are picking up their tickets at Will Call or for patrons that need to purchase tickets, please enter Memorial Coliseum via. the Lexington Avenue Entrance and follow directional signage to find the correct location to pick-up or purchase your tickets. 
? The Rose Street Entrance: Located on the east side of Memorial Coliseum, closest to Rose Street. For fans that sit in sections T-X, R-Z, RR-ZZ or that park in the Joe Craft Center Lot, on Linden Walk or in Parking Structure #2, the Rose Street Entrance is the recommend point of entry. 
? The Avenue of Champions/Euclid Entrance: Located on the South Side of Memorial Coliseum, directly off of Avenue of Champions/Euclid Avenue. For fans that park on Linden Walk or in Parking Structure #5 and ride the shuttle, the Avenue of Champions/Euclid Avenue entrance is the recommended point of entry.

• FIRST AID

o Event Management and UK Security will assist anyone needing medical attention. The First Aid room is located on concourse level behind Section A in the southwest corner of Memorial Coliseum

• FAMILY RESTROOMS

o If you are in need of a family restroom during your visit to Memorial Coliseum, please locate one of the members of our Event Staff team for assistance. 

• INCLEMENT WEATHER 

o In cases of severe weather, your safety is out utmost importance. Announcements will be made to all spectators regarding any evacuation procedures.

• LOST AND FOUND

o Lost and Found items are encouraged to be turned into UK Athletics Event Staff. Those inquiring about a lost item should be directed to the Guest Services station, located at the Lexington Avenue entrance. Post-meet, items can be claimed by calling the UK Police Department at (859) 257.1616.

• MERCHANDISE

o Apparel vending is available through the UK Team Shop which sells merchandise on both the east and west concourses across from the concession stand.

• PARKING 

o General spectator parking is available in nearby surface lots, adjacent to Memorial Coliseum. All Employee lots go off patrol three and a half hours prior to the start of the meet. Spectators may also park in the South Limestone Garage (Parking Structure 5), or Parking Structure 2.

• PROGRAMS

o Official meet programs are available free of cost at the promotions counters, located at the Lexington Avenue and Rose Street Entrance while supplies last. 

• PROHIBITED ITEMS

o Alcohol, Tobacco Products, and electronic cigarettes
o Aluminum & glass containers
o Firearms
o Flash photography
o Video cameras
o Large bags
o Outside food or drink (with the exception of 1 unopened bottle of water)
o Oversized stadium seats
o Backpacks
o Pets (with the exception of disabled assistance animals)
o Noisemakers
o Coolers and Ice Chests

• SEATING

o Please refer to the Gymnastics seating diagram.

• SHUTTLES

o A shuttle is available free of charge from the South Limestone Garage (Parking Structure #5). The shuttle will begin service 2 hours prior to the meet time and continues until 20 minutes after meet begins and will resume post-meet for 1 hour. 
o The pick-up/drop-off point at the South Limestone Garage is located on Administration Drive. UK asks that all patrons access this pick-up/drop-off location by the sky bridge, accessible from level three of the parking structure. The shuttle pick-up/drop-off location at Memorial Coliseum is located at the front of the Coliseum on Avenue of Champions.

• STUDENT SECTION

o Students’ admission is free with a valid Student ID
o The student section is located on the east side of the Coliseum in Section X. A wristband will be given to students upon entry to Section X. Students must have the wristband to receive free pizza. 

• SMOKING

o In accordance with the University of Kentucky’s Smoke-Free Campus Initiative, Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes are prohibited inside as well as outside of Memorial Coliseum and all University grounds

• TICKETS

o Reserved Seats and General Admission tickets are available for purchase during regular ticket office hours in the Joe Craft Center Ticket Office located off of Lexington Ave. On meet days, the ticket office windows will open an hour and a half hours (5:30pm) prior to the scheduled start of the meet.
o All persons must have a ticket or credential to enter the Coliseum at all times
o Faculty/Staff members  with ID receive free admittance + one free guest
o Students’ admission is free with a valid Student ID.
o Wildcat Sports Passes are admitted free of charge.

• General Admission Seating (AA-JJ, Upper R-Z, RR-ZZ): $65

• Reserved Seating (All Ages): $5

• General Admission Seating (Ages 6-18): $2
• General Admission Seating (Ages 65+): $2
• Ages 5 and under are free in general admission areas

• TEAM & GUEST PASS LIST

o To gain entry via team pass list, please enter through the Lexington Ave. Lobby. Each guest MUST show a photo ID at the pass list table.
