LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky women’s soccer’s Jordyn Rhodes and Grace Phillpotts have been selected as United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region honorees, the organization announced this week.

Rhodes, a forward out of South Lebanon, Ohio, earned a spot on the First Team, while Phillpotts, a defender from Fenton, Mich., was recognized on the Third Team.

For Rhodes, 2023 marks her third time as an All-Southeast Region honoree, having been named to the Second Team in 2021 and the Third Team in 2020. The fifth year led the Wildcats with nine goals and 22 points this season on her way to becoming Kentucky’s all-time leading goal scorer with 45 career goals. Rhodes was also dubbed an All-SEC First Team selection and was twice picked as the SEC Offensive Player of the Week.

A senior transfer who spent her previous three seasons at DePaul, Phillpotts started all 19 matches for Kentucky this fall, registering four assists and six shots on goal. The defender played a key role on a Wildcat backline which conceded just 12 goals all season while posting nine clean sheets. Phillpotts adds the United Soccer Coaches distinction to a postseason award inventory which also includes All-SEC Second Team honors.
