REQUESTING SEASON PASSES

**As of Friday evening, July 29th, all request windows for 2022-23 season passes have closed, and season pass inventory is sold out. All students who placed a football and/or men’s basketball request by Friday, July 29th at 4:00 pm will be notified of their status the week of August 1st. Due to strong demand, there will be a random lottery for both football and men’s basketball passes, and students will be notified of the results by email. More information on opportunities to purchase single game tickets will be posted here in mid-August, along with further information on how pass holders will claim their season pass ticket on a game-by-game basis.**

INITIAL REQUEST PERIOD:

  • A request period for season passes will be held the week of July 25-29, 2022.
  • Based on last name, you will be assigned a request window that opens at a designated date/time during the week of July 25-29.
  • Request windows are posted in the table below.
  • You may only begin requesting passes once their specified request window is open.
  • Each student may request one (1) season pass for each sport. Placing a request does not guarantee a season pass.
  • All request windows will close on Friday, July 29 at 4:00 PM ET.
  • At the end of the initial request period, if demand for season passes exceeds supply, there will be a random lottery by sport to determine the students that will receive season passes. A random lottery is expected for men’s basketball and may be necessary for football.
  • There is NO advantage to being the first or last student to request season passes. All students who place a request by July 29 at 4:00 PM will have an equal chance of receiving a pass.
  • Students will be notified of their status by Monday, August 1 via email.
  • A credit card is required to place a request, but it will only be charged if a student is selected to receive a pass. Credit cards will be charged the week of August 1 for those receiving football season passes and the week of September 19 for those receiving men’s basketball season passes. All K Fund gifts will be charged the week of August 1.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your request, you will still be eligible to purchase student single-game tickets.

CAN I PURCHASE PASSES AFTER JULY 29?

  • UPDATE: **As of Friday evening, July 29th, all request windows for 2022-23 season passes have closed, and season pass inventory is sold out.
  • If you are unable to purchase a season pass, you will still be eligible to buy student single-game tickets.

SEASON PASS CLAIM PROCESS

  • During the season, students will access their pass through the UK Athletics app, which connects with My UK Athletics Student Account.
  • Prior to each home game, there is an online process for student pass holders to claim a ticket during a designated claim window in order to attend the game.
  • The claim process is REQUIRED for student pass holders who wish to attend. This is to maximize the number of ticket opportunities throughout the season for all students. Pass holders who wish to attend a particular game are strongly encouraged to claim their ticket when the claim window opens. Not coming to a particular game? Don’t claim your ticket! Claiming a ticket but letting it go unused prevents another student from being able to attend. Unclaimed tickets will be opened up for other students to purchase on a single-game basis.
  • More info about the football claim process for pass holders, including a step-by-step guide and a calendar of claim dates, will be posted here by mid-August.

SINGLE-GAME PURCHASE PROCESS

  • Tickets will be available for purchase later this fall through the UK Athletics app, which connects with My UK Athletics Student Account.
  • Single-game inventory is made up of tickets held for single-game sales and tickets unclaimed by season pass holders.
  • More info about the football single-game purchase process, including a step-by-step guide and a calendar of purchase dates, will be posted here by mid-August.
  • Basketball info will be posted later in the fall.

TICKET DELIVERY & SEATING

FOOTBALL:

  • All student tickets will be accessed via mobile delivery through the UK Athletics app, which connects with My UK Athletics Student Account.
  • Ticket barcodes will be available approx. 24 hours prior to each event.
  • Students should access their tickets prior to arriving at Kroger Field and save them in their Apple Wallet or Google Pay account for easier entry.
  • General admission student seating is located in the east endzone in Sections 34-40, and reserved student locations will be available in the 200-level as needed.
    • Upon entry, students will receive a wristband for access to the east endzone. Once full, students will receive a seat locator for a specific seat in the 200-level.
    • Seating is determined upon entry; therefore, students who claim tickets and enter together will be able to sit together.
  • Tickets may be electronically transferred to other UK students once barcodes are available, which allows greater flexibility and the opportunity to give your ticket to another UK student if you cannot attend. Students are encouraged not to purchase tickets from anyone besides the UK Ticket Office or close friends to limit any fraud or counterfeit purchases. Screenshots of mobile tickets are not accepted at the gate.

These resources are provided through student-athlete scholarships, state-of-the-art facilities and the financial support essential for UK Athletics’ 23 varsity sport programs to excel. Students investing with a $25 gift will receive five K Fund bonus points that can be used after graduation to build their donor priority ranking, should they choose to become full season ticket holders.
