Major – Biology

2000-01 – Competed at SEC Championships, finishing 24th and setting a career-high in the 400 IM and placing 40th in the 200 IM… Had season-best times in both the 100 backstroke and the 50 freestyle vs. Tennessee, finishing sixth and 11th respectively… Clocked a season-high time while finishing fourth in the 200 freestyle at Cincinnati… Competed at the Texas A&M Invitational and had a season-best time for 15th in the 200 backstroke… Started season with a second-place finish in the 200 IM and a fouth-place finish in the 200 backstroke against Louisville.

Pre-College ? Placed 14th in the 1500 in the 1998 Y Nationals… Finished fourth in the 200 freestyle and 200 IM senior year at Virginia State meet… Finished fourth in the 200 freestyle and fifth in the 500 freestyle junior season at the Virginia State meet… Won the Most Improved and High Point awards for club team… Awarded an academic letter in high school… Played soccer and ran cross country in high school… Was a two-year All-State pick for cross-country and a two-year All-Region choice for soccer.
