2011-12: Cross Country (Senior) – Placed 92nd at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 32:58.5. Indoor – Mile and 3k competitor … Best mile time of the year, 4:06.04, came at one of the nation’s top distance meets: the UW Husky Classic … SEC Scorer in the mile as he placed sixth with a time of 4:08.76 Outdoor – Placed fourth in the 1,500m at the Florida Relays, and was also part of UK’s fourth-place 4x800m relay team at the same meet … Won the 1,500m at the Payton Jordan Invitational, which is one of the nation’s fastest distance meets, taking place at Stanford’s Cobb Track annually … Scored in the 1,500m at the SEC Championships, placing eighth … NCAA East Preliminary Championship qualifier at 1,500m … Founder of UK’s track and field shoe drive, helping give back used shoes to those less fortunate.
2010-11: Cross Country (Junior) – Raced in all six cross country races during the 2010 season … Finished in second place on the team in each of Kentucky’s last three races … Had top-20 overall times at the San Francisco Invitational and Blue Ridge Open … Had his best time of the year in the 8K at the San Francisco Invitational, crossing the finish line in 25:24. Indoor (Senior) – Led the Wildcats in the one-mile run, posting a time of 4:06.04 at the Husky Classic in February … Competed in the 3,000m run at the VT Elite Meet, recording the third fastest time on the team for the season. 2009-10: Cross Country (Sophomore) – At NCAA Southeast Regional, finished as the third scorer for the Cats clocking in at 32:55 in the 99th overall … In the 5-mile Old Timers Classic, placed fifth on the team and 15th overall crossing the finish in 26:50 … Ran in each meet for the Wildcats. Indoor (Junior) – Ran a personal-best time of 4:08.49 in the mile at the rod McCravy Memorial Meet … the time was second on the teams season-best list … Earned a top-10 finish in te 800m run at the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet with a season-best time of 1:54.25 … At the Husky Classic in Seattle finished with a personal-best mark of 8:28.83 in the 3,00m run. Outdoor (Junior) – Coming off an incredible achievement at the Catspy Awards where he received the Community Service Award, added his best performance of the season in the 1,500m run with a time of 3:47.07 to earn a fourth place finish at the Jess Owens Track Classic … Finished fourth at the Black and Gold Challenge in Orlando in the 800m run with a season-best time of 1:54.73.
2008-09: Cross Country (RS Freshman) – Competed in three meets for the Wildcats … Ran best mark at Memphis Twilight posting an 8K time of 26:39. Indoor – Ran personal-best mile time at the McCravy Memorial Meet with a finish of 4:14.80 to claim fifth place … Finished with top 3,000m time of 8:40.08 at the Penn State National Invitational. Outdoor – Specialized in the 1,500m run … Advanced to his first event final at the SEC Championships in the 1,500m run, placing 12th overall in the prelims with a personal-best time of 3:52.61 before placing 11th overall in the final.
2007-08 (Freshman): Cross Country – Did not compete. Indoor – Competed in the mile and 3,000m run … Turned in best time in the mile at the Husky Classic clocking in at 4:15.54 … Ran best 3,000m mark of 8:43.09 at SEC/Big Ten Challenge.
