Personal: Full name is Jeffrey Matthew Archer… Born Aug. 11, 1982… Son of Mike and Barbara Archer… Dad Mike was the head football coach at LSU from 1987-90 and now is the linebackers coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers… Chose Kentucky to play in the SEC, its academic excellence, great facilities and coaches… Selected UK over LSU, Indiana, Kent State and West Virginia.
