BIO

2003: Outdoor – Ran a personal best time of 4:00.74 in the 1,500 meters at the Eastern Kentucky Invitational. Indoor – Ran a personal best 8:41.17 in the 3,000 meters at the SEC Challenge… Ran a personal best mile of 4:15.22 at the Rod McCravy Memorial. Cross Country – Ran in five races for the Cats, finishing ninth at the Woodford County Trials… Placed 40th in his first appearance at the SEC Championships.

High School: Was the Ohio State Champion in the 1,600 meters in 2002…Also finished second at the 2001 Ohio State Cross Country Championships…Won regional championships in the 1,600 and 3,200-meter races in 2002…Was a three-time All-State selection in cross country and a two-time All-State honoree in track.

Personal: Born June 29, 1983…Son of Barbara Millisor and Ken Millisor…Major is anthropology.
