Major – Hospitality Management

1998-99 – Second-team All-SEC selection… Broke the school record in the 100 freestyle and lowered her existing record in the 50 freestyle… Member of 200 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay, and 800 freestyle team that broke UK school records… Met the NCAA “A” cut in the 50 freestyle and the NCAA “B” cut in the 100 freestyle… Member of four different UK relays teams that met NCAA “B” time standards… At NCAA Championships, finished 25th in the 50 freestyle and 26th in the 100 freestyle… Swam on the 200 freestyle relay that finished 18th and the 400 freestyle relay that finished 21st at the NCAA Championships… Runner-up at the SEC Championships in the 50 freestyle and placed fourth in the 100 freestyle and ninth in the 100 butterfly… Won the 100 freestyle at Nike Cup and finished second in the 50 freestyle… Captured the 50 and 100 freestyles six times during dual meet competition.

1997-98 – All-America selection in 200 and 800 freestyle relay… Broke the school record in the 50 freestyle… Third in 100 free and fifth in 50 free at SEC Championships… Finished 38th in 50 free and 45th in 100 free at NCAAs… Broke UK record in 50 free and four relay events… Won 50 free against Louisville… At Tennessee and Quad Meet, won 50 and 100 freestyle events… Won 200 free against Southern Illinois.

1996-97 – Met NCAA “B” cut in the 50 freestyle…Was member of school record-setting 200 and 400 freestyle relays… Finished seventh in the 50 free, 11th in the 100 free and 17th in the 100 butterfly at the SEC Championships… Finished third in the 100 free, fourth in the 50 free, and 12th in the 100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke at the Nike Cup… Won 11 times during the dual-meet season… Swam the team’s fastest time in the 50 freestyle, and the school’s second-fastest all-time… Won team’s Freshman Swimmer award.

Pre-College – Earned high school honorable mention All-America honors in the 50 freestyle…Won North Carolina State Championship in the 100 freestyle…Finished third at the NISCA/ISHOF Invitational (National High School Championships) in the 50 freestyle…Swam in an international competition in France with Dutch Swim Team… Swam at T.C. Roberson High School under Neal Row.
