Strength and Conditioning Camps

  • This camp is designed to help improve strength, speed, agility, and mobility for athletes of all athletic backgrounds by focusing on:
    • Proper running mechanics
    • Change of direction mechanics
    • Plyometric drills
    • Strength training
    • Injury prevention protocols
  • This camp will be programmed and led by the Strength and Conditioning Coaching Staff at The University of Kentucky:

Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm

Dates:

    • March/April Camp
      • 3/31 & 4/3
      • 4/7 & 4/10
      • 4/14 & 4/17
      • 4/21 & 4/24
  • Location: Nutter Trainer Center (720 Sport Center Drive, Lexington KY 40502)
