- This camp is designed to help improve strength, speed, agility, and mobility for athletes of all athletic backgrounds by focusing on:
- Proper running mechanics
- Change of direction mechanics
- Plyometric drills
- Strength training
- Injury prevention protocols
- This camp will be programmed and led by the Strength and Conditioning Coaching Staff at The University of Kentucky:
Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm
