Nashville, Tenn. – Coming off a three-loss streak, No. 46 Kentucky (9-10, 3-4 Southeastern Conference) is looking to bounce back as it takes on No. 30 Vanderbilt (13-6, 3-4 SEC) on Friday at 5 p.m. ET.

Following the Friday event, the Wildcats will play a neutral-site doubleheader in Akron, Ohio against Niagara (0-9, 0-2 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference), with the first session scheduled to start at 6 p.m. The second match will follow at approximately 8 p.m.

Kentucky is led on the season by top singles player No. 36 Ryo Matsumura, who fell 7-6, 6-2 to then-No. 4 Florida’s No. 15 Oliver Crawford in the Gators’ 7-0 win last Saturday. Matsumura is an even 9-9 overall, with four victories over nationally ranked opponents.

Following a two-match losing streak, Vanderbilt is set to return home to Nashville after three matches on the road, continuing SEC play against the Wildcats. The Commodores previously fell to Florida, 7-0, and No. 32 South Carolina, 6-1. Vanderbilt is led this season by senior No. 89 Cameron Klinger with a 14-10 overall singles record.

Niagara, having yet to win a match this season, will be traveling to Akron, Ohio in its third neutral-site contest. The Purple Eagles are led in singles on the season by Darrel Harxhi, who holds a 5-8 record.
