LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky women’s basketball team along with its strength and conditioning coach John Spurlock will host a #DriveFor5K community workout event on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9-11 a.m. ET at The Summit at Fritz Farm.

Members of the team will be at various locations around The Summit at Fritz Farm interacting with fans and will participate in basic exercise drills, including yoga. Information on how fans can purchase 2019-20 season tickets and become part of the Victory Club or Junior Wildcat Club will be available.

Throughout the month of September, @KentuckyWBB on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook will post workout tips from Spurlock and the UK coaching staff along with a behind-the-scenes look at the Wildcats intense preseason workouts.
