The Wildcats will kick off their fall slate on Sept. 21 at the ITF Future 15K in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

In addition to the fall opener, Kentucky will make a number of fall appearances in preparation for a stacked regular season –  ITF Future 25K (Sept. 28-30), Riviera/ITA Women’s All-American Championships (Sept. 28-Oct. 9), ITA Ohio Valley Regional (Oct. 11-14), ITF Future 25K (Oct. 12-17), Roberta Alison Invite (Oct. 26-28), Kentucky Invite (Nov. 2-4), Oracle/ITA Fall Championships (Nov. 7-11) and ITF Daytona 25K (Jan. 4-7).

Reserved on the fall schedule is the program’s first-ever Kentucky Invite. Hosted by the Wildcats, the Kentucky Invite will take place at the Hilary J. Boone Tennis Complex Nov. 2-4. More details about the Kentucky Invite will be available at a later date.

The nonconference regular season will commence in Coral Gables, Florida, at the Miami Spring Invite Jan. 11-14, hosted by the University of Miami. Kentucky will make its third-consecutive appearance at the annual contest.

The following weekend, the Wildcats will host Marshall and Kennesaw State in a doubleheader on Jan. 16 in their first home match of the regular season. On Jan. 18, Kentucky will continue regular-season play at home, hosting Miami of Ohio and Western Kentucky.

The program will compete in a variety of regular-season matches before opening conference play, including ITA Kick-Off Weekend (Jan. 26-27), South Florida (Feb. 15), Indiana and Northern Kentucky (Feb. 17), Baylor (Feb. 22), SMU (Feb. 24) and Lipscomb (March 3).

Kentucky will open conference play at home. The Wildcats will host Arkansas on March 1, followed by Missouri on March 3.

The Southeastern Conference had 11 teams who earned bids to the 2018 NCAA Tournament. The Wildcats earned a bid to the national stage for the 24th time in program history, ending the regular season ranked No. 24 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

The remainder of conference play consists of Alabama (March 8), Auburn (March 10), LSU (March 15), Texas A&M (March 17), Florida (March 22), South Carolina (March 24), Vanderbilt (March 29), Ole Miss (April 5), Mississippi State (April 7), Georgia (April 12) and Tennessee (April 14).

The Kentucky squad has seven returning players and two new players who have yet to make their Wildcat debut. This Kentucky team will look to produce a winning season, a favorable showing at the SEC Tournament and a chance at its sixth-consecutive appearance at the NCAA Tournament in May.
