2018 Football Season Ticket Information Announced

by Guy Ramsey

LEXINGTON, Ky. – After a successful 2017 season that ended in a second consecutive bowl trip, UK Athletics has announced football ticket information for the 2018 season.

Ticket prices and corresponding K Fund donation levels will remain unchanged for the 2018 season, as will all parking prices and corresponding K Fund donations. Season tickets for UK’s seven-game home slate next season will be available for $310 apiece, with most seats in the 200-level available with no K Fund donation attached. Premium season tickets in the Suite Level, Loge Level, Woodford Reserve Mezzanine Club and Field Club are $350 apiece. Public season ticket packages in Sections 201-203 and 209-211 will be priced at $240. Fans can view a seating chart with the various pricing levels here.

Limited quantities of the Kentucky Football Pocket Pass will also return for the 2018 season, which includes a mobile ticket to all seven home games for a discounted price of $205 while supplies last. This unique option gives fans the opportunity to watch games from various viewpoints with a different seat each game. Seat locations will be delivered electronically to fans’ mobile devices. Fans may visit UKathletics.com/pass for more information and to purchase.

The renewal deadline for 2018 football season tickets is April 6, 2018. Renewals are currently available through each ticket holder’s My UK Athletics Account at UKathletics.com/renew. Paper renewal invoices will be mailed in early February. Season ticket renewals are available earlier than in recent seasons to allow fans additional payment plan options and to take advantage of year-end giving opportunities. Included in these new options, season ticket holders may renew their tickets online throughout December and January via a five-month payment plan option. This option requires no money due upon sign-up and the first installment will be automatically charged on Feb. 2, 2018.

Fans wishing to purchase new season tickets for the 2018 season are able to review and compare available seat locations through the Kentucky Football Virtual Venue.

UK’s 2018 home schedule features Southeastern Conference matchups against College Football Playoff participant Georgia, Mississippi State, South Carolina and Vanderbilt. The season begins with a Sept. 1, 2018 matchup against Central Michigan at Kroger Field, with nonconference foes Murray State and Middle Tennessee set to come to Lexington later in the season.

Once again, UK Athletics will offer exclusive incentives to fans who renew their season tickets or purchase new season tickets prior to the following dates:

Season ticket holders will also have the opportunity to order additional single-game tickets at exclusive prices in advance of the general public and be recognized on the Kentucky Farm Bureau “Wall of Commitment” inside Kroger Field, in addition to other benefits.

Prior to the April 6 renewal deadline, season ticket holders may view the Kentucky Football Virtual Venue to check current seating availability in open areas of the stadium. Season ticket holders may lock in new seat locations with their renewal payment.

After the April 6 renewal deadline, season ticket holders who have renewed their seats will also have the opportunity to participate in Kentucky’s optional seat upgrade process. Those interested in participating in the process should opt in now by answering the appropriate question as part of the online renewal process or by checking the box on the back of their paper renewal invoice. Those who opt in will receive a seat selection appointment time in May and will be able to browse the Kentucky Football Virtual Venue and select upgraded seats from our entire inventory of available seats at that time.

Parking prices and corresponding K Fund parking donations will remain unchanged, as mentioned above. Complete parking information will be announced at a later date.

Single-game ticket information will be released at a later date. Once again, in response to fan feedback, a variable pricing model will be in place based on seating location and opponent to better reflect the value of each ticket and protect the investment made by season ticket holders.

Student season ticket information for 2018 will be released at a later date, and students will receive more information by email in the spring.

The Kentucky football team wrapped up the 2017 season with a 7-6 record and received a bid to the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl, the program’s second consecutive bowl bid.
