Kentucky Returns to Conference USA play at Marshall

LEXINGTON, Ky. – No. 21/22 Kentucky (7-3-2, 4-1-0 C-USA) heads to Marshall (5-5-1, 1-3-0 C-USA) for an early Saturday morning Conference USA match.

First touch is slated for 11 a.m. ET and will be live streamed via CUSA.TV ($).

The setup and history
UK leads the all-time series 19-7-3 and is 8-2-2 when playing in Huntington, West Virginia. Kentucky won last year’s meeting 3-0 in Lexington. The Wildcats won their last match against Marshall in Huntington, 1-0 in 2015.
 
UK has not lost the last seven matches played at Marshall.
 
Both teams have beaten Conference USA opponent South Carolina this season.
 
Kentucky is coming off a hard fought 2-0 loss at No. 1 ranked Indiana on Wednesday. The Wilcats won their last C-USA outing, 1-0 against South Carolina last Sunday.

The Wildcats will be looking to right the ship on the road in the league, as the Wildcats lost their last road match in conference at ODU a fortnight ago.
 
Freshman goalkeeper Enrique Facusse is ranked 20th in the country with a goals-against average of 0.71.
