Bettie Lou Evans Invitational Format Changed to 36 Holes Saturday

LEXINGTON, Ky. – With inclement weather in the forecast for Sunday’s previously scheduled final round of the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational, the conclusion of the Kentucky women’s golf home tournament will now be Saturday.
 
Saturday’s format has been changed to 36 holes at the University Club of Kentucky. Teams will tee off Saturday for the second round at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start. The final round will immediately follow the second round on Saturday.
 
The tournament, which was originally scheduled for an 18-18-18 format on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, teed off Friday at 9 a.m.
 
Admission and parking at the U-Club are free and fans are encouraged to attend.
