Kentucky Soccer Announces “Dollar Dog Sunday” Information

LEXINGTON, Kentucky – The University of
Kentucky women’s soccer program will be hosting Dollar Dog Sunday this coming
weekend as the Wildcats host Northwestern at 1 p.m. ET in the opening weekend
of the 2016 home schedule.

The first 50 fans in attendance with a dog
will receive a UK Collapsible Dog Bowl.

As part of Dollar Dog Sunday, fans are
encouraged to bring their well-behaved dogs into the Bell Soccer Complex for $1
admission to the match, and they are welcome to sit on the berm for the
duration of the match. All dogs must be on a leash during their entire time
inside the Bell Soccer Complex, with no exceptions to the rule.

All fans and their dogs will have a special
berm-side seating area, where the dogs must stay at all times during the match.
The University of Kentucky asks that all fans please be responsible for your
dog, and pick up after them. There will be an entrance gate open on the berm
side of the complex for dogs and owners to enter and exit. There will be water
provided at no cost.

Kentucky opens up its home slate of matches on
Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. ET against the South Florida Bulls. The match will
be shown live on the SEC Network+, ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app.
