Kentucky Women’s Soccer to be Featured Twice on SEC Network

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky
women’s soccer program in conjunction with its partners at ESPN and the SEC
Network have announced that the Wildcats will be featured nationally on two SEC
Network telecasts in 2016, in addition to all of its home matches and road Southeastern
Conference matches to be featured on the SEC Network+, WatchESPN app and
ESPN3.com.

Kentucky will have two national appearances on
the SEC Network with its matches against Florida and Alabama making the
national stage. The Florida match on Thurs., Sept. 8 will kick off at 7 p.m.
ET, and the Alabama match on Sunday, Sept. 18 will kick off at 5 p.m. ET live
on the SEC Network. Both matches will take place at the Wendell & Vickie
Bell Soccer Complex on the campus of the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

In addition, all home matches for the 2016
season will be shown live on the WatchESPN app and ESPN3, in addition to all
road matches in conference play this season.

Extensive coverage of SEC soccer continues for
the third year on SEC Network beginning August 14. SEC Network+, the digital
extension of SEC Network available on WatchESPN, is set to feature more than
250 matchups, with an additional 50 soccer games and 80 volleyball games slated
for the SEC Network television channel and ESPNU.

National coverage of the two sports has
quintupled since SEC Network’s launch in 2014 and more than 300 games will be
nationally available this season. This year’s schedule also includes one soccer
wildcard match on the SEC Network.
