UK Sports Network to Air Special Following Spring Game

LEXINGTON, KY. — To cap off the end of another successful and demanding Kentucky football spring practice season, the UK Sports Network will air a one-hour live stream broadcast immediately following the Blue-White Spring Game on Saturday at 2 p.m.
The Blue-White Spring Game Special will be live streamed on UKAthletics.com. Christi Thomas will be joined by former Kentucky standouts Freddie Maggard and Jeremy Jarmon for an hour-long special highlighting the culmination of the Kentucky football spring season. The show will feature exclusive interviews with head coach Mark Stoops and select Kentucky football players.
With an immediate breakdown of the Blue-White Spring Game, Thomas, Maggard and Jarmon will focus on the key strengths, improvements and takeaways from head coach Mark Stoops’ fourth spring session with the Wildcats. Fans will not only hear from Stoops following the game, but they’ll get the first reaction from first-year offensive coordinator Eddie Gran who will join the UK Sports Network crew on set to talk about Kentucky’s new offensive scheme.

The 2016 Blue-White Game will once again be a ticketed event this season. Fans can get tickets in one of the following manners:
• In person this week at the Joe Craft Center ticket office from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
• In person this week at the Commonwealth Stadium ticket office from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
• By phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000
• In person at Ticketmaster outlets in Kentucky
• In person on game day at the Commonwealth Stadium ticket office beginning at 10 a.m., or at guest services locations outside gates 1 and 4, beginning at 9 a.m.
The April 16 event marks Kentucky’s first spring football game since 2014 and the first in Commonwealth Stadium after its $126 million renovation.
