Fans Invited to Cat Walk Prior to Friday’s Sweet 16 Game

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Members of the Big Blue Nation that wish to cheer on the University of Kentucky women’s basketball team before they depart for the arena on Friday are encouraged to gather at approx. 5 p.m. ET in the lobby of the Lexington downtown Hilton Hotel.
The Wildcats are expected to depart the team hotel for the arena at approx. 5:20 p.m. ET. The team bus will be at the Broadway entrance of the hotel and fans should gather next the fountain in the lobby.
Kentucky is making its fifth all-time appearance in the Sweet 16, including its fourth trip in the last five seasons. The Wildcats started the tournament run with an impressive win over UNC Asheville before defeating No. 23/24 Oklahoma in the second round.
Tickets are available for purchase three easy ways, including online at Ticketmaster.com, where you can select seats from an interactive seat map. Tickets are also available by calling the Lexington Center Ticket Office at 859-233-3535, which is open Monday-Friday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET. Fans can also purchase tickets in-person at the Lexington Center Ticket Office, which is located off of the High Street entrance of Rupp Arena.
Fans are encouraged to purchase all-session tickets for the best seats available. All-session tickets are $54 for adults (ages 19-64), $34 for youths (ages 0-18) and seniors (ages 65+). Single-session tickets are also available for the event and are $30 for adults (ages 19-64), $20 for youths (ages 0-18) and seniors (ages 65+).
A special group ticket rate is available at the Lexington Center Ticket Office (over the phone or in-person only). Groups of 10 or more can receive tickets for just $17.
UK students will receive free admission into sessions that Kentucky plays. Students should present a valid UK student ID at the Kentucky Team Will Call location inside Rupp Arena’s High Street entrance beginning at 6 p.m. ET on game day for one free ticket paid for by UK Athletics.
All seating inside Rupp Arena is reserved and every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket. For accessible seating and further inquiries, contact the Lexington Center Ticket Office at (859) 233-3535.
