Meet the Wildcats: Khadijah Hudson
LEXINGTON, Ky. – In preparation for the Blue/White Scrimmage on Dec. 13, UKathletics.com presents “Meet the Wildcats,” an opportunity for you to get to know a little more about the 2016 Kentucky Gymnastics team. Today’s Meet the Wildcats features senior Khadijah Hudson.
Khadijah Hudson, a junior from Hebron, Kentucky, enters 2016 coming off of an injury she suffered following her first three meets on vault for the Wildcats in 2015. In her UK debut, she scored a 9.825 on vault at Washington, and added a 9.725 on vault in her first home competition at Excite Night. Prior to last season she competed at Eastern Michigan where she competed in five meets as a sophomore and eleven meets as a freshman. Khadijah earned Second-Team ALL MAC honors and was named MAC Specialist of the Week while at Eastern Michigan.

The Wildcats kick off the 2016 season with the Blue/White scrimmage on Sun., Dec. 13 at a time still to be determined. The scrimmage will serve as a preview to the 2016 season, with the season opener Excite Night set for Fri., Jan. 8 against Ball State at 7 p.m. All home meets will be held in Memorial Coliseum.
