LEXINGTON, Ky. – Fresh off its first trip to the Women’s College World Series and a program-best 50 wins in 2014, the University of Kentucky softball team is looking for more success in 2015 and fans can start showing their support today by purchasing season tickets for the 2015 season. Single-game tickets will go on sale Monday, Feb. 16 at 9 a.m. ET.

Season tickets for the 2015 season are $35 per seat and are general admission tickets (no reserved seating). Season tickets include all regular-season home games, including four three-game home sets in Southeastern Conference play against LSU, Alabama, South Carolina and Georgia. The Wildcats are also scheduled to face in-state foes Louisville, EKU and WKU along with Indiana, Florida Atlantic, Ohio and Marshall.

Tickets are available by calling the UK Ticket Office at 1-800-928-2287, in person at the Joe Craft Center Ticket Office or online at www.ukathletics.com/tickets.

Single-game tickets go on sale Monday, Feb. 16 at 9 a.m. ET and are $5 for adults, $2 for seniors (ages 65 or older) and youth (ages 6-18) while children ages five and under will be admitted free of charge. Tickets are general admission and can be purchased by calling the ticket office at 1-800-928-2287 or in-person on game days at John Cropp Stadium (cash only).

Group tickets for parties of 20 or more are available by calling the ticket office in advance of the event. Youth softball teams interested in attending a game can receive free admission by contacting Alexandra Ayer in UK Marketing at 859-257-2514 or Alexandra.ayer@uky.edu. Youth 8th grade and under can participate as either team escorts or serve as bat girls by contacting Ayer as well.  

Kentucky will begin its 19th season on Feb. 5 in Tallahassee, Fla., against Florida A&M, starting a 24-game road stretch to start the season. The Wildcats home opener will be March 11 against EKU at 5 p.m. ET.  A full schedule of games for 2015 can be found at UKathletics.com.
