After two seasons as offensive coordinator at Kentucky, Neal Brown was officially named head coach at Troy University, where he served as an assistant from 2006-09. UK head coach Mark Stoops issued the following statement congratulating Brown.”I am very happy for Neal to earn a head coaching job and believe Troy has made an outstanding hire,” Stoops said. “Congratulations to Neal and his family and I appreciate his hard work at Kentucky.”
