Team Records and Series Notes

• UK improved to 5-0 on the season, while Lipscomb fell to 0-4.
• It marks the Wildcats’ first 5-0 start since 2011-12 and fourth in the Matthew Mitchell era.
• Kentucky’s all-time record is 691-477 (.592) in 40 seasons of varsity basketball.
• The win makes UK 375-141 all-time in Memorial Coliseum, including an 85-13 mark under Mitchell.

• UK started with the lineup of Janee Thompson, Bria Goss, Kastine Evans, DeNesha Stallworth and Samarie Walker.
  • The Wildcats are 5-0 this season when using this starting lineup.
• DeNesha Stallworth scored the first points of the game for UK with a left-handed layup.
• Azia Bishop, Linnae Harper, Jennifer O’Neill and Bernisha Pinkett were the first UK players off the bench at the 16:17 mark in the first half.
• Kentucky scored a season-high 57 points in the first half. The 57 first half points are the most since UK scored 57 vs. Miami (Ohio) on Dec. 1, 2009 (57-21).
• UK was 22-for-47 (46.8%) from the floor led by Stallworth who led all Wildcats with 12 points.
• Lipscomb was held to 30.8 percent (8-of-26) shooting from the field.

Second Half Notes

• UK began the second half with the same starting five who started the game.
• The Wildcats led by as many as 69 points in the second half.
• UK scored a season-best 59 second half points and the most since the Wildcats scored 65 vs. Morehead State on Nov. 11, 2011.
• Kentucky went on a 15-0 run midway through the second half. The 15 consecutive points tied a season high.
• Bria Goss scored 14 of her game-high 18 points in the second half.

• Kentucky improved to 41-0 when scoring 100 or more points and 9-0 in the Mitchell era. It marks the second time this season UK has eclipsed the century mark.
• The 116 points were the most in the Mitchell era and second-most in school history.
• The 67-point margin of victory is a season high and ties for the fifth-largest in school history. It is the second time this season UK has defeated an opponent by 65 or more points.

Individual Notes

• Junior Bria Goss scored a game and season-high 18 points on an efficient 5-of-8 shooting from the field.
  • It is the third time this season she has scored 10-plus points.
  • Goss was 3-of-4 from behind the arc. The three 3-pointers tied her career high.
• Senior DeNesha Stallworth scored 14 points, marking her 31st double-figure scoring game in a Wildcat uniform.
  • Stallworth has recorded double-digit scoring in four consecutive games.
• Sophomore Janee Thompson registered her second straight double-digit scoring game with 16 points and a career-high seven rebounds.
  • Thompson converted a career-high tying six field goals on a career-high 13 attempts.
• Senior Samarie Walker notched her second double-double of the season, with both coming in the last two games, and 13th of her career with 10 points and 14 rebounds.
  • Walker is the first UK player to record back-to-back double-doubles since she did it last season vs. LSU (10 pts/13 reb.) and Georgia (12 pts/11 reb.).
  • Walker tied a season best in steals with three and tied a career high with three assists.
  • Walker extended her streak of consecutive games with at least one steal to 24 after recording three on the night.
