LEXINGTON, Ky. — After the best season in school history, Kentucky will host four summer camps at Cliff Hagan Stadium during the offseason, ranging from June to July, it was announced by UK head coach Gary Henderson.

Kentucky will host summer camps at Cliff Hagan Stadium, including Wildcat Baseball School Session 1 (June 11-14) and Session 2 (June 18-21). UK will host Wildcat Baseball School Session 3 (June 25-28) and Session 4 (July 16-19). In addition, the Wildcat High School Hitting Camp (July 9) and the Labor Day Weekend 5 Tool Camp (Sept. 2) are available. 

UK baseball summer camps are specifically designed to help players improve their individual skills. The camps will consist of drill work and one-one-one instruction, with the UK baseball coaching staff joining a talented group of other collegiate coaches, current and former UK players as the camp staff.

Youth – Ages 6-14
Check-In – 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. 

Offers the young player the opportunity to improve his baseball skills in a fun and positive learning atmosphere. Includes baseball fundamentals, drill work specifically designed to improve skills, and simulated game situations. Every camper is videotaped to ensure the highest quality hitting and throwing analysis by our staff.

Session 1: Monday, June 11 – Thursday, June 14
Session 2: Monday, June 18 – Thursday, June 21
Session 3: Monday, June 25 – Thursday, June 28
Session 4: Monday, July 16 – Thursday, July 19

Half-day camp: 9 am to 12 pm – $150

Full-day camp: 9 am to 3 pm – $250

Monday, July 9 – 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Cliff Hagan Stadium

This intense hitting camp will provide the high school player with superior instruction on all facets of hitting, including mechanics, drill work and various presentations. Every camper is videotaped to ensure the highest quality hitting analysis by our staff.

Sunday, Sept. 2 – 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Cliff Hagan Stadium
Check-In – 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.  

5 Tool Camp combines instruction and competition while offering the high school player an opportunity to receive expert instruction from the University of Kentucky Baseball Coaching Staff as well as select visiting college coaches. Campers will be grouped by position and will have the opportunity to work out at their positions. The UK staff will also include various presentations concerning the recruiting process, strength and conditioning, etc. and all sessions are on the UK Baseball facilities.
