Format
Two-days, 54-hole event (36 holes Saturday, 18 holes Sunday).
The first round of the tournament will begin Saturday by a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. ET with continuous play until the second round is completed. The final round will begin Sunday at 8:00 a.m. ET with staggered tee times.
Tee times will be pre-assigned for the first two rounds in groupings of three based on lineups. For example, Kentucky’s No. 1 will play with two other schools’ No. 1. Individuals will be split into four groups of three. There will be a total of 29 pairings per round, 25 pairings for team play (15 teams, three golfers per group) and four pairings of individuals (12 individuals, three golfers per group).
Tee times on Sunday will be based upon team standing after the first two rounds. For example, if Team A, Team B and Team C are in first, second and third place, their golfers will be grouped together, with the teams’ top golfers grouped together. The team(s) leading the tournament will tee off later in the morning. Teams will start from both the No. 1 and No. 10 tees on Sunday.
Please take note that tee times and pairings may change depending on weather conditions or other delays.
