Team game notes
- The Wildcats used the starting combination of Darius Miller, Terrence Jones, Brandon Knight, DeAndre Liggins and Josh Harrellson for the eighth straight game. Kentucky is 6-2 with that starting five.
- Eloy Vargas was the first sub off the bench for Kentucky. It was Vargas’ third time this season to be the first Wildcat off the bench.
- Kentucky extended its streak of game with a three-pointer to 757 games, the third longest streak in the country.
- Trailing 38-27 at the 4:44 mark of the first half, UK closed the half on a 13-2 run to draw even at the half at 40-40.
- It was the first time this season Kentucky was tied going into halftime.
