LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Southeastern Conference has released television selections and game times for the first three weeks of the 2010 football season and the Kentucky Wildcats will appear on ABC, Comcast Sports Southeast (CSS) and the Fox Sports Network.
Kentucky will kick off the season Sept. 4 at Louisville in a game that will televised at 3:30 p.m. on ABC. The Wildcats’ home opener on Sept. 11 vs. Western Kentucky University will be televised by CSS at 7:30 p.m. UK’s Sept. 18 home game vs. Akron will have a 7 p.m. kickoff and will be televised by at least three channels on the Fox Sports Network – Fox Sports South, Fox Sports Southwest and Sun Sports.
For the remainder of the season, beginning with games of Sept. 25, game times and television selections will be announced 12 days in advance of the game.
First Kickoff Luncheon With Joker Phillips Sold Out: The Kentucky Kickoff Luncheon, presented by Kroger, is now a sellout for Joker Phillips’ first appearance as head coach. UK Athletics is no longer taking reservations for the event, which will be held July 30 at the Lexington Convention Center.
