LEXINGTON, Ky. – The softball game between Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky set for 4 p.m. ET today in Richmond, Ky., has been cancelled due to rainy conditions and a forecast indicating continual rain throughout the day.

The teams are not expected to schedule a make-up contest.

Kentucky will return to action at second-ranked Michigan this weekend. UK will face the Wolverines in a two-game series in Ann Arbor, Mich., Friday and Saturday. First pitch on Friday is set for 7 p.m. ET with a 2 p.m. scheduled start on Saturday.
