LEXINGTON, Ky. – Ticket sales continue to go well for Kentucky football, as only scattered single tickets (no pairs) remain for the Sept. 27 home game vs. Western Kentucky University.
Fans without tickets can watch the game live in Lexington on WKYT and in Bowling Green on WBKO. Fans across the nation (no blackouts) may purchase the game live via ESPN GamePlan.
The UK-WKU game is set for a 7 p.m. kickoff in Commonwealth Stadium on Sept. 27. Kentucky is 3-0 and has an open date this week while WKU carries a 1-2 mark into Saturday’s game vs. Murray State. This will be the first meeting between UK and WKU in football.
UK Continues Among Best Football Values in the SEC: A recent story by Rachel Bachman in The (Portland) Oregonian confirms that Kentucky football continues to be among the best values in the Southeastern Conference.
Bachman surveyed the lowest- and highest-priced single-game tickets for the 65 schools in the Bowl Championship Series conferences. Kentucky’s lowest-priced ticket this season ($35) ranks as the fourth-lowest in the SEC. UK’s highest-priced ticket this season ($40) ranks as the second-lowest in that category.
