LEXINGTON, Ky. ? Dates for the 2008 edition of the Billy Gillispie Kentucky Basketball Camps have been announced. Overnight camps will be held June 22-26 and July 27-31. Father and son camps will be held June 20-21 and June 27-28.

The individual overnight camps will provide participants the opportunity to develop their skills on the basketball court in a team setting through skill development stations, daily competitions and league games. The camp stresses the importance of team play while allowing campers to develop a positive attitude and instill confidence in themselves as a player and a person.

The father and son camp will provide participants with an exciting look inside at Kentucky Basketball in a unique setting that allows ample time for the father and son to interact over a two-day period.

Campers will have the opportunity to play in the Joe Craft Center, the new $30 million practice facility of the Kentucky Basketball program and have the opportunity to tour Rupp Arena and the UK Basketball Museum. In addition, newly renovated Memorial Coliseum will be used for camp activities.
