The Kentucky men?s and women?s swimming and diving squads easily claimed victories Friday evening in the Kentucky Relay Meet at UK?s Lancaster Aquatic Center.

The UK women won all 12 events and totaled 140 points, while the UK men took 11 of 12 events for a score of 126. UK?s relay team in the men?s 100-yard butterfly relay swam the fastest time in the event, though the Wildcat pair of Andy Farris and Daniel Farnham swam the event as an exhibition, allowing Cumberland College to win the event. Kentucky also claimed the only mixed event of the evening, the 400-yard medley relay.

Kentucky begins its dual-match season this Saturday against Michigan State. The meet is set for 1 p.m. EDT at UK?s Lancaster Aquatic Center.
